Karen Boulanger

Karen Boulanger has extensive experience in service management and operational delivery, currently serving as Global Service Delivery Manager at Odigo since September 2012. Boulanger has held multiple leadership roles within Odigo, overseeing supplier contract management, financial governance, and multi-site operations with a focus on process efficiency. Previously at ALTEN, Boulanger managed various activity sectors, implementing quality systems and conducting performance analyses. Prior experience includes supervisory roles at EDS Group and team leadership at Alten SIR, as well as a technical position at Nestle Waters. Boulanger holds a BAC +2 in Gestion informatique from AFPA and a BAC ES from Lycée de la Camargue.
