Sylvain Maugard has extensive experience in product management and pre-sales roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Global Product Manager at Odigo since September 2018, Sylvain focuses on enhancing digital strategy for the ODIGO Suite to improve customer satisfaction and agent experience in contact centers. Prior to Odigo, Sylvain held multiple positions at Eptica, including Product Manager and Pre-Sales & Partner Manager, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy and enhancing customer messaging solutions. Earlier roles also included Pre-Sales & Technical Director at IbuaData, and Senior Pre-Sales Consultant at Selligent, among others. Sylvain's educational background includes a degree from Paris-Sud University.
