Ela Jongsma

Ela Jongsma currently serves as a Senior Recruiter at Odin Groep, overseeing the entire recruitment process for both IT and non-IT roles since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ela worked as an International Corporate Recruiter at Micronit Microtechnologies and as an Executive Search Consultant at Siebert & Wassink, where responsibilities included recruiting, new business generation, and HR advisory services. Ela also gained extensive experience at Brunel as a Senior Consultant specializing in IT infrastructure and recruitment, and began a career in HR roles with internships at Menzis and Reinaerdt Deuren, following a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. Early career experience includes a trainee position with the Politie Twente and employment as a sales associate at Parfümerie Douglas.
