Paul Meissner

Paul Meissner is an experienced professional in the real estate and property management sectors, currently serving as an Asset Analyst at Odin Properties since April 2014. In this role, responsibilities include facilitating loan draws, underwriting, managing tax appeals, and ensuring banking compliance in collaboration with the CEO. Paul has held various management positions, including Regional Manager overseeing multiple properties in New Jersey and Delaware and Regional Director of Leasing and Marketing, where expertise in applicant approvals and marketing strategies was demonstrated.
