Vadim Tsyrulnik is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in managing residential properties. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Manager at Odin Properties since September 2019, Vadim leads a team of Property Managers, focusing on asset preservation, market strategy development, and resource management to enhance leasing performance. Previously, Vadim held the role of Property Manager at Home Properties of Bryn Mawr from January 2018 to May 2019, overseeing day-to-day operations of a 316-unit complex, including financial record keeping and managing tenant relations. Prior to that, Vadim was a Property Manager at Odin Properties from April 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included supervising staff and ensuring effective management of a 250-unit property. Vadim earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Penn State University.
