Joe Schauerhamer

Vice President / Chief Estimator at Odin

Joe Schauerhamer has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on estimation and project management. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Construction Claims Consulting Engineer at GREYHAWK. In 2000, they joined Colorado Cleanup Corporation as an Estimator and Project Manager. In 2006, they moved to Envirocon, where they served as a Senior Estimator, Project Manager, and Scheduler, overseeing environmental site remediation projects and implementing cost monitoring systems. In 2011, Joe joined Magnus Pacific as a Project Director and later became the Chief Estimator, responsible for developing estimating and project management processes and procedures. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of VP - Estimation for Great Lakes E&I. Joe's most recent position was at Forgen, where they worked as the Director of Estimating, leading the initial program estimate development for heavy earthwork, demolition, and geotechnical construction. Joe also drove system development and advancement and mentored new recruits. In 2020, Joe joined Odin Construction Solutions as the Vice President and Chief Estimator.

Joe Schauerhamer attended Brigham Young University from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management.
