Maria Hardiman

Maria Hardiman has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Maria most recently worked at Odin Construction Solutions, starting in 2019. Within that company, they served as a Staff Accountant from October 2019 to August 2021. Maria then transitioned to the role of Accounting Manager in August 2021, where they are currently employed.

Prior to their time at Odin Construction Solutions, Maria worked at Rabobank N.A. as an A|P Specialist II from January 2018 to October 2019. Before that, they worked at Great Lakes Environmental & Infrastructure as an Equipment Administrator from August 2016 to October 2017. Maria also gained experience at Robert Half Finance & Accounting as an Accounts Payable Administrator from February 2016 to August 2016.

Maria's earlier work experience includes roles at Randstad Sourceright US, where they served in various positions from 2000 to 2012. Their roles included Freight Payment Specialist, Tactical/Hotline Buyer, and Collections Specialist.

Additionally, Maria worked at JDI Technologies as a Purchasing Manager from March 1998 to June 2000. Maria was responsible for coordinating department operations, supervising employees, managing inventory levels, and developing company forecasts.

Lastly, Maria's career began at World Manufacturing, where they served as a Purchasing Manager from January 1996 to March 1998. In this role, they oversaw $5 million in annual purchases and successfully coordinated manufacturing schedules.

Throughout their career, Maria has developed a strong skill set in accounting, purchasing, and managing operational issues. Maria has excellent communication skills and has demonstrated the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
