Lucas Garcia

Lucas Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lucas currently holds the role of Airport PPP Developing Managing Director at Odinsa since January 2019. Prior to this, Lucas pursued an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Finance and Economics, from September 2016 to June 2018. Before attending business school, they worked as a Quantitative Analysis Managing Director at Situm, a division of Grupo Argos S.A, from January 2013 to July 2016. Lucas also served as the Coordinator of Real Estate Investments at Cementos Argos from October 2010 to December 2012. Lucas'scareer started in 2007 as a Junior Structural Engineer at AREA LTDA before transitioning to working in the Public Works Department of the Municipality of Medellin as an Assistant to the Director from June 2009 to September 2010.

Lucas Garcia has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Economics, and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2016-2018). Lucas also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Economics from Universidad EAFIT (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the same university (2003-2008). Moreover, Lucas has obtained various certifications in different areas, such as public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, and airport operations.
