Biswajit Pattnaik has spent their career helping organisations improve their operational efficiency and effectiveness. Biswajit is currently Executive Director, BE&TQM at Odisha Mining Corporation.

Previously, they were Chief Executive Officer of Vision India Foundation, where they helped expand the hospital chain grow from 1 to 4 centres in Odisha. Biswajit also oversaw the implementation of digitalization of Healthcare delivery connecting the hub hospital with other satellite centres.

Before that, they were DGM (Lean Six Sigma,Business Excellence,TQM,Business Analytics,Digitisation ) at Idea Cellular Ltd, and Head Business Excellence at Tata Power Solar Systems Limited. Biswajit has also held the role of Head Business performance Enhancement (TQM) at Tata Steel.

Biswajit Pattnaik has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, strategy & leadership from Indian School of Business, a Mechanical Engineer degree from National Institute of Technology Rourkela, and certification from Idea Cellular Ltd in Master Black Belt. Biswajit also has certification from Tata Steel in Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Level IV, Uniworld Consulting Inc in Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Level IV, and Lean Expert. In addition, they have a Post Graduate in Lean Six Sigma from Uniworld Consulting Inc.
