Bob Melcher

Bob Melcher has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and purchasing. Bob currently holds the position of Director of Purchasing at ODL, Inc since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Shield T3 LLC as the Director of Supply Chain from August 2021 to June 2023 and as the Director of Enterprise Resource Planning from April 2021 to July 2021. From 2020 to 2021, Bob was the Managing Partner at Creek Edge LLC. Before that, they worked at Adient as the Director of Supply Chain - Americas from September 2017 to December 2019 and as the Director of Supply Chain Management from October 2016 to August 2017. Bob also has extensive experience at Johnson Controls Automotive, where they held various roles including Director of Supply Chain Management, NA Metals from January 2011 to September 2016 and Business Unit Materials Manager, NA Metals from August 2008 to December 2010. Bob Melcher started their career at Johnson Controls Automotive as a Logistics Analyst in the NA Seating division and later worked as a Supply Chain Analyst in the EU Interiors division. Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated expertise in inventory management, logistics, packaging, and supply chain planning.

Bob Melcher graduated from Penn State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics. In 2012 to 2013, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to complete the Strategic Leadership Series program.
