Mark Fedders

Mark Fedders currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at ODL, Inc since August 2025. Prior to this role, Mark held various leadership positions at COPELAND as Vice President Operations and at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing operations as Vice President, managing plant operations, and integrating operational practices across business units. Mark has a significant focus on quality management, having led global quality initiatives as Director of Worldwide Quality and Perfect Execution. Additionally, Mark possesses extensive experience in performance excellence and lean manufacturing, with a background that includes roles such as Manager of Business Process Excellence and Division Lean Champion at Emerson Electric's Fusite Division. Mark earned an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
