Rachel Degraaf

Rachel DeGraaf is a seasoned Product Development Engineer at ODL, Inc, with extensive experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products from concept to production. Rachel has a strong background in engineering analysis, Solidworks simulations, and facilitating DFMEA for new products while also developing test plans and analyzing results. Previously, Rachel served as a Quality Engineer, focusing on quality support and continuous improvement in production processes, managing PPM, and preparing essential documentation. Prior to ODL, Inc., Rachel held roles including Operations Supervisor at Sparty's, Research Assistant at Michigan State University's Biomechanical Design Research Laboratory, and Administrative Assistant at Uniform Color Company. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Biomechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
