Rene Burgos Diaz

Rene Burgos Diaz serves as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of Frontera Energy Corp., a leading exploration and production company in the South American oil and gas sector. In addition, Rene holds roles as an Independent Member of the Private Credit Investment Committee and Head of LatAm Private Credit at Compass Group. Other significant positions include Board Member of Sociedad Portuaria Puerto Bahía, ODL, and Curie Co. Rene's previous experience includes serving as Director at CarVal Investors and various roles at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America. Rene holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
