Topher Neal

Topher Neal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Topher started their career in 2008 as a CSR/Tier 2.5 Technical Support at The Active Network, where they provided technical support and customer service for hunting and fishing license sales. In 2010, they worked as a Graphic Artist at Gold Bond Inc., where they arranged artwork and typeset copy for optimal appearance. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Graphic Designer at ProSigns And Graphics, managing operations, customer relations, and designing artwork. In 2014, they founded Preposterous Printing and worked as the Designer/Principal, overseeing day-to-day operations, production, and fulfillment of custom apparel and marketing materials. From 2016 to 2019, they were employed as the Lead Station Tech/Rebalancer at Bike Chattanooga, maintaining and repairing station hardware and assisting with bike deployments. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Digital Print Coordinator at Chattanooga Labeling Systems, coordinating production and liaising with customers. Topher then worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at ODN from 2019 to 2021, where they resized artwork for various out-of-home advertising. From 2021 to 2023, they served as an IT Manager at ODN, providing technical support and managing computer systems. Currently, they hold the position of Infrastructure Manager at ODN.

Topher Neal attended Watkins College of Art, Design & Film from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Graphic Design. Topher obtained additional certifications including "Bootstrap 4" from Udemy in January 2022, "Master ASP.NET Core 3.1 MVC" from Udemy in January 2022, and "Microsoft SQL for Beginners" from Udemy in November 2021.
