Tiago S S Andrade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process automation and project coordination. Currently serving as the Leader of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence at Odontoprev since March 2022, Tiago has a proven track record of successfully implementing over 30 process automations, resulting in the avoidance of over 55,000 hours of repetitive work annually. Previously, Tiago held leadership positions at BRK Ambiental, overseeing the Center of Excellence and serving as Scrum Master, as well as project coordinating for a reference budget system. Tiago also worked as a Business Analyst at ICN - Itaguaí Construções Navais and Odebrecht, contributing significantly to budgeting, cost analysis, and engineering system implementations across Latin America. Tiago began a career in support roles, gaining valuable experience supervising Helpdesk teams and providing user support. Educational credentials include a degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and Salesforce Administrator certification from K2 University.
