Valdirene Soares Secato

Valdirene Soares Secato currently serves as the Diretora de Recursos Humanos, Ouvidoria e Sustentabilidade at Bradesco Seguros since January 2020. In addition, Valdirene holds positions as a member of the Strategic Human Resources Committee at Amcham-Brasil, Coordinator of the People Management Committee at Odontoprev, and a member of the Culture and People Committee at Grupo Fleury, all of which also began in January 2020. Prior experience includes an executive role in Human Resources and Organizational Methods at Bradesco from 2003 to 2020. Valdirene earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Uni-A - Instituto de Ensino Superior Senador Flaquer and completed the PMD – Program for Management Development at ISE Business School.
