Brett Hydeman

Brett Hydeman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brett started their career as an Assistant Instructor at Galileo Learning, where they taught middle school campers various creative subjects. Brett then moved on to Clean Water Systems & Stores Inc, where they worked in sales and customer support, managing sales leads and providing technical assistance to customers. After that, they joined LifeSource Water Systems as a Regional Sales Manager, managing inbound sales leads, running trade show events, and developing partnerships with companies.

In 2016, Brett joined Odoo as an Account Executive & Direct Sales, exceeding sales quotas and implementing solutions for client needs. Brett also created marketing content for the Odoo platform. Brett later became a Sales Team Leader, focusing on performance development and sales growth by training and coaching their team members. Brett was then promoted to Director of Sales for the Americas, overseeing strategic direction and sales growth across North America while breaking into new territories in South America. Currently, Brett holds the role of VP of Sales - Odoo West, where they assist sales teams in achieving targets and strategizing new improvements, achieving significant growth in billing targets.

Brett Hydeman obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2010. In 2013, they also received a certification as a WQA Certified Master Specialist V from the Water Quality Association.
