Prior experience includes a 23-year tenure at Office Depot in various capacities, including Senior Training Manager, where responsibilities encompassed establishing training capabilities, managing content development, and ensuring training effectiveness aligned with organizational goals. Cleven also held roles as Business Learning Advisor, Regional Sales Trainer, National Sales Trainer, and Tele-Sales & Mid Market Sales Trainer, focusing on employee performance enhancement and sales training. Earlier, Cleven was the Co-Owner of Toner Refill, overseeing production, sales, and contractual negotiations from 1997 to 2000.
