Gediz Karaca, MBA, MSc

Gediz Karaca has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Gediz currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Odqa Renewable Energy Technologies, an Oxford University spin-out that focuses on developing technologies for decarbonizing energy. Prior to this, they worked as the Chair at Oxford Business Network for Real Estate at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Before joining the academic sector, Gediz was the Technical Office Manager at PY Consulting International, where they led a major construction project and advised on project management restructuring. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Erka Construction, where they held roles as Country Manager, Project Manager, and Planning Engineer. Gediz also served as a Sergeant in the Headquarters of Operation and Training Planning and Execution at the Turkish Armed Forces.
