Miguel Flores Lima

Miguel Flores Lima is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and management systems. Currently serving as Gerente de calidad at ODW-ELEKTRIK since August 2018, Miguel leads business initiatives for current and future projects and is responsible for the review and communication of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process risk evaluations. Previously, Miguel worked at Volkswagen de México as Ingeniero de calidad partes de compra, contributing to quality management projects across all production segments, and at DINA CAMIONES, S.A. DE C.V. as Ingeniero de fabricación, focusing on quality assurance in tooling and designing control platforms for quality-related information. Miguel holds a Master's degree in Calidad from Universidad Autónoma De Tlaxcala and an Engineering degree in Tecnotrónica from Universidad Tecnológica de Tlaxcala.
