Tadeh Avetian, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and academia. Since 2007, they have been employed in various roles in the engineering sector. Tadeh began their career at Technip USA, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer (Rotating Equip) in 2007, where they prepared equipment requisitions and carried out vendor technical bid evaluations. In 2011, they moved to L.A. Turbine (LAT) as a Mechanical Engineer, where they led a team of 5 engineers and was responsible for all new and custom turboexpander designs. In 2014, they took on the role of Adjunct Faculty at College of the Canyons. In 2015, they joined Hyperloop One as a Senior Mechanical Engineer & Analyst. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of Odys Aviation, where they are working on advanced aircraft for short-haul regional operators.
Tadeh Avetian, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, as well as a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Tadeh also holds a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the California Department of Consumer Affairs, which they obtained in January 2010.
