Philip Solovyev

Philip Solovyev has been working in the field since 2006, when they began as a Graduate Researcher at the Russian State Hydrometeorological University. In 2010, they took on roles as a Sr. Hydrology Engineer at the Design and Survey Institute 'Lengiprorechtrans' and a Hydrologist at the Hydrometeorological Centre of Saint Petersburg. Since 2019, they have been working as an ETL Analyst/Developer at Odysseus Data Services, Inc.

Philip Solovyev has a comprehensive education history. Philip obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from the Russian State Hydrometeorological University in 2004. Philip then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in the same field from the same institution, which they completed in 2006. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from the Russian State Hydrometeorological University in 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Privacy Law and Data Protection from Coursera in 2019, Programming with Python from Coursera in 2018, DAT201x: Querying Data with Transact-SQL from edX in 2017, and Health in Numbers: Quantitative Methods in Clinical & Public Health Research from edX in 2012.
