Alexis Wales

Alexis Wales, CPA, currently serves as the Controller for Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, a company managing approximately 40 facilities, since March 2024. Previously, Alexis held the position of SVP Accounting at Montecito Medical Real Estate from July 2019 to November 2023 and acted as Controller at Global Net Lease between January 2018 and July 2019, overseeing successful transitions and streamlining processes. Additionally, experience includes roles as Assistant Corporate Controller at Northland Investment Corporation, a Consultant at REIT Management and Research, and Real Estate Assistant Controller at Miller Valentine Group, among others. Alexis graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, in 1997.
