Fache Richard Clark

Richard Clark, FACHE has a strong background in healthcare leadership spanning over 20 years. Richard is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the President and COO from January 2020 to May 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Richard worked at Acadia Healthcare, where they held various leadership roles. Richard was the President: Western Group from January 2018 to January 2020 and the Division President from July 2015 to January 2018.

Before joining Acadia Healthcare, Richard served as a Hospital Chief Executive Officer at UHS from July 2010 to July 2015. Prior to that, they were the Hospital Chief Executive Officer at Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. from July 2005 to June 2010.

Richard's career began at Ardent Health Services in 2002, where they held the position of Chief Nursing Officer/Chief Operating Officer until August 2005. Richard also served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Health Management Associates from January 2000 to August 2002.

Throughout their career, Richard Clark has demonstrated their expertise in healthcare leadership, making significant contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Richard Clark, FACHE completed their Bachelor of Nursing Science degree at Eastern Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Diploma in Adult Education at Auckland University of Technology from 1997 to 1998. In 2001, Richard attended Webster University and obtained a Masters degree in Health Services Administration. In addition to their educational accomplishments, they hold the title of Fellow from both the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Nashville Health Care Council.
