Maribel Quiala

Maribel Quiala is an accomplished leader in behavioral health services, currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare since January 2019. As the Founder and Executive Director of Maribel Quiala, PA, Maribel has over 15 years of experience in providing bilingual leadership and developing public/private partnerships tailored to the Hispanic community. Previous roles include Regional Clinical Director at Community Health Systems, where Maribel supported behavioral healthcare units across six states, and Director of Clinical Services at UHS, overseeing clinical operations at Atlantic Shores and Fort Lauderdale Hospitals. Additionally, Maribel held leadership positions in national outreach and health initiatives, including serving as the National Director of Hispanic Outreach for The Leeza Gibbons Memory Foundation and Regional Coordinator for the National Latina Health Network. Maribel earned a Master of Social Work from Barry University and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
