Grace Zottig is an experienced stage and project manager with a diverse background in theatrical production. Currently serving as Stage + Project Manager at Odyssey Creative and Assistant Stage Manager at Opera Orlando, Grace has held key roles in various organizations, including Production Stage Manager for Runway to Hope and Production Stage Manager for Virgin Voyages. In previous positions, Grace has worked as a Stage Production Manager for Event 360 and as Rehearsal Stage Manager at Spark Cooperative. Grace's career in stage management began at The Studio Theatre Tierra Del Sol, where responsibilities included heading the Stage Management Department and overseeing productions. Grace holds a BA in Theatre Arts with a focus on Design/Tech and Directing, along with a background in Social Entrepreneurship and Business from Rollins College.

Odyssey Creative specializes in live event and video content production for associations, non-profits, and corporations. We're storytellers with the experience and talent to help develop and convey your message consistently, efficiently, and effectively. Our core services include: Live Event Production - Pre-Production -- Strategic show development, Show Flow Development, AV Consultation and Management, and Script Writing. We gather information from clients to generate action plans and implement client themes into the show production. - Onsite Production -- Rehearsal Management, Presenter Coaching, Script/Show Flow Management, Presenter/Talent Wrangling, and Show Calling. Our team will work with the AV provider and client to prepare all elements of the show in advance of attendee arrival. - Post-Event Services -- Show Flow Analysis, Post-mortem Review and Analysis, and Archiving. Video Production: - Pre-Production – we work with you on concept development, then proceed to script writing and storyboarding. We also select the best resources for each job and expertly manage your project within budget - Production – our team captures all footage in high definition to ensure that your project can be used in perpetuity on your Web site, via promotional distribution, for lobby playback, trade show booths, PowerPoint intros, even for TV broadcast - Post-Production – we assemble your video project in one of our three non-linear editing suites and then enhance it with music, visual effects, motion graphics and narration as needed
