Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in Digital Marketing & Analytics at MassRoots, Inc., and as a Marketing Automation Consultant at WebChalet. Aaron also has experience as a Founder/CEO, having launched and managed two successful businesses: OfficeEtc, an online office supply business, and Wicount, South Africa's first Group Buying/Daily Deal business. Aaron raised significant venture capital for Wicount and implemented innovative strategies that drove substantial revenue growth. Aaron also worked as a Business Unit Manager at 3fifteen, where they exceeded sales and profit targets for the SharePoint & CRM business units. Before that, they were a Shareholder/Director at Prime-X, providing IT consulting services to a range of clients. Aaron managed key accounts and implemented various systems and processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, Aaron has experience at CompuClearing, where they held roles as a Key Account Manager, International Marketing Coordinator, and Software Support Consultant. Aaron started their career as a Regional Manager at Aquazania.

Aaron Toys attended Galvanize - Denver, Golden Triangle in 2016, where they studied Full Stack Web & Mobile Development. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Brandeis University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002.
