Started in 1983 with a vision from our founder Joseph Banks, we have continued to fulfill his mission to be the leading provider of fitness and wellness services in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our members through a commitment to providing exceptional service to meet the health and fitness needs of our members and the community.
