Joakim Zetterberg

Joakim Zetterberg is an accomplished hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at AC by Marriott within Odyssey Hotel Group since November 2023. Joakim has previously held the position of Hotel Manager at AC by Marriott and Sheraton Resort & Spa in Tokoriki Island, Fiji, both under Marriott International. Additional experience includes a role as Director of Operations with Auberge Resorts Collection and various positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed Rooms Division Manager, Team Leader, and Night Manager. A summer trainee experience at Metropole Hotel involved comprehensive departmental training and a marketing project. Joakim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Orebro University and a Diploma in Adventure Tourism from Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology.
