Brittanii Wade M.S, Esq. has a diverse work experience in the legal and mental health field. Brittanii currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance at Odyssey House Louisiana, where they ensure regulatory compliance and maintains quality standards. Prior to this, they worked as a Contract and Compliance Attorney at the same organization.

Before joining Odyssey House Louisiana, Brittanii worked as a Staff Attorney at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services from October 2019 to January 2021, providing legal assistance to clients in need.

Brittanii also held the position of Parliamentarian at the National Bar Association Law Student Division from July 2018 to July 2019, where they contributed to the governance of the organization.

Brittanii gained legal experience as a Legal Intern at the Law Offices of Julie Clarke from October 2018 to May 2019, working on various legal tasks and projects.

Additionally, they volunteered as a Legal Volunteer at the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association from September 2017 to May 2019, offering legal services to those in need.

During their time at FAMU College of Law, they worked as a Research Assistant from June 2018 to January 2019, assisting with research projects.

Prior to their legal career, Brittanii worked as a Mental Health Therapist at YSI, G4S from August 2013 to January 2019, providing therapy to individuals with mental health needs.

Brittanii Wade holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which they obtained from Florida State University in 2007. In 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor at Nova Southeastern University, completing their studies in 2013. Later, between 2016 and 2019, Brittanii Wade attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law, where they received their Juris Doctorate in Law.
