Richard C. O’Connor

Rick joined the Boards of Trustees of Odyssey House and Odyssey Foundation in 2002. He was elected to Chairman of Odyssey House in 2012. Since joining Odyssey House as a member of the Boards of Trustees, he has spearheaded several initiatives including obtaining grants for program development and most recently securing the pro bono services of Siegel + Gale (international strategic branding company) to create and guide the implementation of a new brand architecture and logo for Odyssey House.

Rick has an extensive background in consumer and business-to-business marketing for pharmaceutical and health insurance companies. He is also actively involved with supporting HARC, a Hartford based organization which helps people with intellectual disabilities and their families enjoy lives of quality, inclusion, and dignity by providing support, education, and advocacy.
