Matthew Graham

Matthew Graham is a Technical Consultant at Odyssey Information Services, a position held since May 2012, where responsibilities include interacting with internal groups and external clients to provide information and implement solutions such as VOIP systems, Disaster Recovery, Cloud-Based VSA, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, and Data Recovery. Prior experience includes serving as a Deskside Support Technician at Raytheon Network Centric Systems from June 2011 to May 2012, focusing on desktop and laptop support, part repair, data recovery, and facilitating user migration from Windows XP to Windows 7. Matthew holds a High School Diploma from Berkner High School RISD, attained in 2000.
