Rajshekhar Dass

Rajshekhar Dass is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including mobility solutions and industrial design. As the Co-founder and Design Head of Inovix since February 2024, Rajshekhar focuses on creating user-centric designs that facilitate business growth. Currently serving as the Head Designer at Odyssey SpaceWorks, responsibilities include the design and construction of satellites for scientific missions. Previously, Rajshekhar led the industrial design team at ICONA Group, establishing a culture of continuous growth. Experience includes roles at Shanghai Jomec Automotive, Nephos Design Innovation, and Bozca Design, where contributions ranged from user-centric design processes to luxury yacht design. Rajshekhar holds a degree in Transportation Design from ISD Rubika and a diploma in Automobile Engineering from Dr. T.M.A Pai Polytechnic.
