Kevin Connolly

Kevin Connolly was named Odyssey’s Chief Financial Officer in January 2022, after holding roles of increasing leadership responsibility since joining the company in 2014. As CFO, Mr. Connolly leads all corporate functions, including finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, contracts, security, and quality. In his eight years with Odyssey, Mr. Connolly has held numerous roles within business development, operations, finance and accounting, and, most recently, served as Odyssey’s Chief of Staff. Mr. Connolly has over 15 years of experience in the DoD contracting industry. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Connolly held various financial roles over more than seven years at the Schafer Corporation, a DoD contractor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York.
