Ted Sobocienski

Senior Program Manager / Task Lead at Odyssey Systems

Ted Sobocienski has a strong background in military logistics and program management. Ted most recently served as the Senior Program Manager and Task Lead at Odyssey Systems since June 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Logistics for the Office of the Chief of the Army Reserve from December 2020 to May 2022. Ted also held positions as the Sustainment Division Chief at the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command from August 2019 to December 2020, and as a Battalion Commander in the 10th Mountain Division from June 2017 to July 2019. Additionally, Ted has experience in strategic logistics planning and exercises as the Strategic Logistics Plans and Exercises Branch Chief at the National Guard Bureau from April 2016 to June 2017. Ted has also worked as an Organizational Integrator at the HQDA G-3/5/7 Force Management from April 2014 to March 2016, and as the General Equipment Branch Chief at the U.S. Army Forces Command from September 2011 to April 2014. Ted began their career in the US Army - Army National Guard in 2005, where they held various positions including Strategic Plans and Initiatives Branch Chief, Full-Time Staffing Officer, and Mobilization Team Chief.

Ted Sobocienski has a diverse education history. In 1987, they obtained their high school diploma from Ashland High School. Then, from 1987 to 1991, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications at Franklin Pierce University. In 2006, they enrolled in Touro University Worldwide and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Military Management in 2008. Continuing their education, Ted acquired a Life Cycle Logistician Level III Certification from the Defense Acquisition University between 2011 and 2013. Lastly, in 2016, they received a Certificate of Completion in Leadership in Homeland Security from the Harvard Kennedy School. Alongside their formal education, Ted also obtained various certifications, including Life Cycle Logistician Level II and Level I from the Defense Acquisition University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the United States Department of Defense.
