Jake Jaffe has an extensive work experience in the field of data science and biochemistry. Jake is currently serving as the Vice President of Systems Biology Data Science at Odyssey Therapeutics since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Visiting Scientist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard starting from August 2019. Before that, they held the position of Head of Data Science at Inzen Therapeutics from August 2019 to December 2021. From July 2018 to August 2019, they worked as a Principal Research Scientist at The Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Proteomics at the same institute from November 2004 to July 2018. Jake started their career as a Biochemist at Merck in June 1997 and worked until August 1999.
Jake Jaffe earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. Jake then went on to pursue a PhD in Biochemistry at Harvard University, completing their studies in 2004.
