Joe Gozgit

Joe Gozgit has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Joe is currently serving as the Vice President of Biology at Odyssey Therapeutics since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ribon Therapeutics from September 2017 to November 2021 as the Director of Biological Sciences. During their time at Ribon, they co-led the small molecule inhibitor oncology program for PARP7 and supported multiple drug discovery oncology programs. Their responsibilities included setting strategy, executing program-related activities, managing toxicology studies, authoring technical reports and IND pharmacology, and presenting at various conferences. Joe also contributed to the development of RBN-2397 with immune checkpoint inhibitors and supported due diligence activities. Before joining Ribon, Joe worked at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals from September 2008 to September 2017 as an Associate Director of Biology and at AstraZeneca as a Postdoctoral Fellow from May 2006 to September 2008.

Joe Gozgit obtained their PhD from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1996 and 2006. The field of study for their degree is unknown.
