Manoj Kumar Mukundan

Manoj Kumar Mukundan currently serves as the Head of AI Product Development & Technology Innovation/Delivery at OdysseyRe since July 2021, where Manoj has developed an in-house enterprise artificial intelligence chatbot named "One AI," designed to surpass typical chatbots by incorporating advanced features such as live search and multi-LLM support. Prior to this role, Manoj was a Technology Lead at Cognizant from July 2011 to July 2021, focusing on data and analytics technologies, and was involved with notable platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Power BI within the pharma life science sector. Manoj's earlier career includes positions at Tata Consultancy Services as a Technical Lead for Bank of America, leading technical projects in Java/J2EE, and roles at Bahwan CyberTek and Telesis Global Solutions, further solidifying expertise in software development and project management. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University.
