Kate Heilman

Kate Heilman is an experienced professional in program management and development, currently serving as the Manager of Special Interest Groups at Odysseys Unlimited since May 2016. Previously, Kate held the position of Associate Director for Travel and Education at the University of Chicago's Alumni Association, where responsibilities included creating lifelong learning programs for a global alumni network. Further experience includes roles as Summer Conference Manager at the University of Chicago, Senior Manager of Operations, and International Program Manager at Chicago Sister Cities International Program, and Project Manager for Programs in Ukraine at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs. Early career involvement included a position as Program Assistant with American Councils for International Education. Kate holds a B.A. in Russian Studies and History from Hamilton College and an M.A. in History from The Ohio State University.
