Olivier Elzer Hospitality Group is a leading hospitality collective shaping the future of dining across Asia. Drawing inspiration from wellness, fashion, and the arts, we create restaurants that go beyond just food – they offer immersive experiences that blend culture, craftsmanship, and innovation.

With a portfolio ranging from Michelin-starred destinations to contemporary casual concepts, we develop restaurants independently and in collaboration with renowned hotel groups. Along the way, we’ve worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands, bringing a unique perspective to the intersection across industries and genres.

At our core, we believe great dining is about more than what’s on the plate – it’s about storytelling, atmosphere, and the moments that stay with you long after the meal.
