Raja Younes

Raja Younes has more than 15 years of experience in various managerial roles. From 1992 to 2003, they served as the General Manager at Univico. Following that, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at the American University of Beirut from 2003 to 2005. Since 2007, Raja has been with OEC Group (Canada), where they have held several positions including International Sales and Operation Manager and Director, Key Accounts & Global Logistics Operations. Currently, they are the Director of Business Transformation, responsible for leading and managing the company's global logistics and supply chain operations. Throughout their career, Raja has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with key executives.

Raja Younes has a diverse education history. From 2018 to 2021, they attended HEC Montréal, where they pursued a DESS (Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées) in Gestion De La Chaine Logistique (2e Cycle) or Supply Chain Management. Prior to this, from 1986 to 1989, Raja obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the American University of Beirut, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Their educational journey began at College Louise Wegmann, where they completed their French Baccalaureate in Experimental Science between 1978 and 1985.

Additionally, Raja Younes has acquired the certification of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from McGill University in January 2023, further strengthening their expertise in process improvement and quality management.
