Sandra Fraser is an HR professional with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR management, driven by a passion for people and strategy. They have held various roles, including Director of Corporate Strategy at FLS Transportation Services and Human Resources Director at CDFN Services. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at OEC Group while also being the President of the Board of Directors of Spectrum Productions in Montréal, promoting the inclusion of autistic youth through media arts. They began their HR journey at Concordia University and have contributed significantly to diverse workplaces across multiple industries.
