Rich Rogals

Rich Rogals is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the printing and packaging industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at OEC Graphics since August 2022, Rich previously held the position of Regional Vice President at Miraclon Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing sales for flexographic packaging in the US and Canada. Rich's background also includes significant roles such as Director of Printing, Coating & Lamination at Berry-Wehmiller PCMC Division and VP at Edlbeck, where leadership was provided for a $55 million wholesale distribution operation. With a tenure as Global Sales Director at Paper Converting Machine Company, Rich has demonstrated a strong ability to lead sales teams and drive revenue, achieving sales exceeding $60 million over a 20-year career in both international and domestic markets. Rich attended Devry from 1981 to 1983.
