Mike Strecker

Mike Strecker, MBA, CPA, CMA, is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in financial performance, planning, and analysis across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Performance at OEC, Mike previously held the position of Director of Controllership for Corporate Functions at Ontario Power Generation, overseeing comprehensive finance support and cost allocation. At Hamilton Health Sciences, Mike was the Senior Director of Planning & Analysis and BI, where responsibilities included leading financial performance improvement initiatives and acting as the interim VP Finance. Prior roles encompass significant positions at Restaurant Brands International and Tim Hortons, focusing on sales planning and business intelligence, and a strong foundation was established at Ford Motor Company through a leadership development program.
