Zorine Fernandes

Zorine Fernandes currently serves as Chief People and Culture Officer at OEC since April 2021, having previously held the roles of Chief People and Talent Officer. Prior to this, Zorine spent nearly two years at Oakville Enterprises Corporation as Senior Vice President and Vice President of People Excellence CHRL, and earlier served as Director of Human Resources CHRL at the same organization. Zorine’s extensive career includes leadership positions at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, NTN Bearing Manufacturing, Bombardier Aerospace, and Triple M Metal LP, where expertise encompassed HR services, employee experience, corporate HR management, and strategic people development. Zorine holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a BSc Hons in Biology and Psychology from Trent University.
