Annie Norfolk Beadle

Annie Norfolk Beadle currently serves as Head of Multilaterals and Senior Negotiator for Cyber at the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, and holds the position of Vice-Chair for the Working Party on Security in the Digital Economy at OECD since October 2023. With a robust background at OECD from 2013 to 2023, Annie contributed as a consultant focusing on DeFi and fintech in ASEAN, co-led evaluations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria, and managed significant projects like the Canada-OECD Project for ASEAN SMEs. Additional experience includes policy analysis supporting Ukraine's agri-SMEs and advising Kazakhstan on mining sector competitiveness. Annie began their career with the International Labour Organization as an analyst in 2012. Educational credentials include an MSc in European Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
