Daniel Fuster

Daniel Fuster currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Management at the OECD since June 2021, following a tenure as Deputy Head in the same department. Prior to this role, Daniel Fuster spent over a decade at the Inter-American Development Bank, where responsibilities included Chief of the Talent Management Division and Advisor to the Vice-President for Finance and Administration, among other positions. Daniel Fuster holds an Executive MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship from The London School of Economics and has completed various executive education programs at Harvard Business School, IESE Business School, and The Wharton School. Additionally, Daniel Fuster has a DEA in Labor Law and Social Security from the University of Valencia and a law degree from Universidad de Costa Rica.
