Etienne Lepers

Etienne Lepers is an economist at the OECD's International Finance Unit, specializing in financial regulation, systemic risk, and macroprudential policy. They previously worked at the European Systemic Risk Board and the European Central Bank, contributing to research on capital flow management and financial stability. Etienne earned a PhD from City, University of London and holds a dual master’s degree from Sciences Po and the London School of Economics. They actively engage in academia as a core instructor in macroprudential policy and co-organize various workshops related to international capital flows. Their research has been published in multiple esteemed journals within the field of international finance and political economy.
