Florian SEBASTIEN currently serves as the Deputy Head of User Support Management at OECD - OCDE, a role held since February 2011, with previous positions in system engineering, desktop engineering, and technical support for tier 2 issues and various IT projects, notably in mobility and workstation migration. Previously, Florian worked as a freelance web developer and held short-term roles at IFF as a Workplace Services Migration Analyst and at Synchroteam as a Commercial Engineer specializing in mobile messaging sales. Early career experience includes a position as a skiman and salesman at CH Intersport. Florian earned a Master’s degree in corporate management from IDRAC and a vocational diploma in Electrotechnics and Microtechnics from Lycée Agora in Puteaux.
