Gillian Golden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education policy and data development. Currently serving as a Project Manager in the Higher Education Policy Team at OECD since December 2015, Gillian previously held the roles of Policy Analyst in the Education Policy Outlook and Doctoral Fellow at the Geary Institute of Public Policy. Prior to these positions, Gillian contributed as a National Expert and Working Group Chair for the OECD INES, focusing on international education indicators, and served as a Government Statistician for the Department of Education and Skills in Ireland. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computational Social Science from University College Dublin, an MSc in Financial and Industrial Mathematics from Dublin City University, and a joint Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Technological University Dublin.
